Have you ever opened your listing and realized your map pin was slightly out of place? Customer Care has you covered. Call ‘em up.
2. See an error on your listing? Call as soon as possible.
Errors happen, and you’re not the first to make one. But timing is everything in this situation. Call as soon as you discover the error. Customer Care is happy to get you squared away.
3. They periodically check for Fair Housing violations (in a good way).
If they notice a Fair Housing violation on your listing, they’ll send you a friendly note. Chances are, you probably didn’t know it was a violation! No harm, no foul.
4. They can reactivate expired listings.
If your listing expired within the last 30 days, Customer Care can reactivate it.
5. They can help with listing input.
