5 Handy Listing Input Tips

Don’t let listing input get the better of you. These five tips can help you out of a jam. And if you’re really stuck, don’t hesitate to contact Customer Care. They’re happy to help troubleshoot!

1.) When you begin the listing input process, double check the listing input form you’ve selected. 

Once you’ve started, you can’t go back and change property types. If you happen to find yourself in this situation, contact Customer Care. They’ll help you out and give you some information on the ‘Fill From Existing Listing’ option.

How to Conveniently Keep Your Listings up to Date

The My Listing widget on your Matrix dashboard groups your listings to help you determine the ones that need attention. Perhaps you have a couple of listings that lack photos. The My Listing widget identifies those listings, allowing you to easily make updates. (Note: The widget only identifies sections that apply to you. For example, if you don’t have any Incoming listings, that section will not display in your widget.)

Colorado REALTOR® Foundation to Host 2nd Annual Bubble Boogie 5K on June 3

REcolorado is a strong supporter of Colorado REALTOR® Foundation, a local nonprofit that works to provide safe, decent and affordable housing for Colorado residents.

Saturday’s weather forecast is warm and sunny. It’ll be the perfect day to join us as we support the Foundation at its 2nd Annual Bubble Boogie 5K Run/Walk. The event includes a pancake breakfast, a fun expo, and lots and lots of bubbles. It’s fun for the whole family!

The event starts at 8 a.m. on June 3 at the Margaret Carpenter Rec Center in Thornton.

Update: One Front Range MLS

We are pleased to report a group representing the eight shareholder/participating associations from REcolorado and IRES, as well as the chair of the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS, has been meeting to discuss one Front Range MLS. 

The group has been making progress.  As they achieve milestones, they will be sharing communications that will be passed on to all REcolorado and IRES subscribers. 

Their most recent meeting was held on May 25. A report issued by the group is below.
